      研究基于加速度的二维动力吸振器的理论模型,提出基于车体刚性振动的二维动力吸振器控制方法,设计同时吸收车体点头、浮沉振动的二维动力吸振器.针对二维动力吸振器安装所需低动刚度要求,利用碟形弹簧的负刚度特性,设计了用于安装二维动力吸振器的高静刚度低动刚度减振元件.建立高速动车组垂向动力学非线性模型,分析二维动力吸振器对车体振动的作用.研究结果表明,二维动力吸振器可以有效抑制车体浮沉、点头振动,提高运行平稳性.
英文摘要
      The design method of a two dimensional dynamic vibration absorber based on acceleration is proposed, and a two dimensional dynamic vibration absorber is designed to absorb the bouncing and pitching vibration. Aimed at the requirement of low dynamic stiffness for the installation of two dimensional dynamic vibration absorber, a high static stiffness low dynamic stiffness vibration absorber is designed for the installation of two dimensional dynamic vibration absorber by using the negative stiffness characteristic of disc spring. The vertical non linear dynamic model of high speed EMU is established, and the effect of two dimensional dynamic vibration absorber on vehicle vibration is analyzed. The results show that the two dimensional dynamic vibration absorber can effectively reduce the bouncing and pitching vibration of car body, and improve the running stability.
