      电动汽车动力电池的回收利用不仅能够保护环境,而且对电动汽车的可持续发展具有积极影响.针对电动汽车动力电池回收模式的多属性群决策问题,提出一种二维不确定语言信息与VIKOR方法相结合的决策方法,即2DULVIKOR法.首先,专家采用二维不确定语言信息对动力电池回收模式在考虑多种因素影响下进行评价;其次,运用二维不确定语言聚合因子对专家意见进行聚合;第三,采用变异系数法对指标权重进行求解;第四,运用改进VIKOR法对动力电池回收模式方案进行排序,选择最优方案;最后,通过对实例进行计算与分析,对所提出方法的有效性和实用性给予验证.
英文摘要
      The recycle of power batteries of electric vehicles not only protect the environment, but also has a positive impact on the sustainable development of electric vehicles. To solve the electric vehicle battery recycling mode decision making problem, an improved method which combines the 2 dimensional uncertain linguistic variables (2 dimension uncertain linguistic variables, 2DULVs) and the VIKOR method (called 2DULVIKOR method) is proposed. First, 2DULVs is used to evaluate the power battery recycling mode in consideration of criteria. Then, experts’ opinions are aggregated by using the 2DULVs aggregation operator. Next, the weights of criteria are calculated by the coefficient of the variation method. After that, the VIKOR method is used for selecting the best power battery recycling mode. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
